The Cheat Meal - Nachos
We continue our GameDay snack theme this week with Sweet Potato Nachos! As we've said on our other videos this isn't 100% healthy but it does give you an idea of how to make everyday cravings healthier.
Ingredients - (loosely based)

3 large sweet potatoes washed and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup black beans drained and rinsed
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 large avocado pit removed and diced
Sour cream or Greek yogurt
